CNC TURNING

The turning of components is realized on CNC machines by highly skilled and continuously trained operators. The maximum dimensions machined cover 600 mm of diameter for 2000 mm lenght, with a steady rest opening from 50 to 300 mm diameter. All our processes are realized with horizontal and parallel lathes, with 3-4 axes, automatic tool change and C axis to drill.

CNC MILLING

The milling of components is realized on CNC working centers with 3, 4 and 5-axis simultaneous machining. Machining dimensions reach up to 3000 x 1000 with fourth axis 1000 x 1000 mm. The machining process is realized with milling machines and palletized working centers with automatic tool change.

COMPLIANCE AND QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT

The quality of the finished products is ensured by an accurate review, prior to our operators on the machines and then by our Quality Control officers through the procedures provided by certification ISO 9001:2008 and EN 9100:2009, specific for the aeronautical sector.
